Individual Coaching

Our intuitive, credentialed coaches work with your leaders, including C-suite executives, middle managers, new supervisors, those first considering management, and subject matter leaders, giving them the tools they need to thrive and lead more effectively. Coaches support leaders in clarifying their values, making tough decisions informed by deeper purpose, and moving with agility and emotional intelligence.

Group Coaching

Leaders and others participate in group coaching to explore in-depth a topic of common interest to them. The groups cover distinctions about the topic and engage in coaching to apply those distinctions to each individual’s learning.  In these groups, participants may not have known each other before joining the group, but share a common learning goal.

Team Coaching

Compass International coaches work with intact work teams to provide team coaching aimed at supporting team development and building trust.  Team coaching provides an opportunity to work through team breakdowns effectively and align and inspire a team toward a common vision.
